Mental Wellness for Caribbean Women
Delving into mental health has become a deeply enriching journey within Indo-Caribbean culture. Our sincere commitment to dismantling the stigma surrounding the tendency to hide our emotions, feelings, and experiences is fostering a positive shift in conversations within Indo-Caribbean families. This change is creating a more supportive environment for the next generation, shaping their experiences in a nurturing way, which is why we created the Mental Health Professionals Directory

About
A FEMALE LED ORGANIZATION
Providing programs, events, and resources that support mental wellbeing for Indo-Caribbean women everywhere.
Internationally, Brown Gyal Diary aims to create a space where Indo-Caribbean women can understand who they are by exploring how mental health has played a pivotal role in our diasporic experience. As we grow intergenerationally, we hope to help our women carry on the Indo-Caribbean story with their own truth and understanding.
